Conditions for Returns:
To facilitate prompt resolution regarding damaged, broken, or open products, we kindly request customers to inspect their order at the time of delivery. If any visible damage or signs of tampering are observed during this inspection, the customer may refuse to accept the delivery. In such cases, the product can be returned to the delivery person immediately.
Return Process:
- Upon identifying any visible damage or tampering during the delivery inspection, please inform the delivery person.
- Refuse acceptance of the product and request its return with the delivery person.
- Our team will promptly address the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our policy.
Important Note:
- For the security and satisfaction of our customers, returns due to visible damage, breakage, or signs of tampering must be communicated and actioned at the time of delivery.
- Regrettably, returns due to reasons other than visible damage or tampering during delivery cannot be accepted after the delivery is acknowledged and accepted.
We highly encourage customers to inspect their orders thoroughly upon delivery to ensure satisfaction with the received products.
